⊰✿ 1/2cwn peanut butter (dicairkan) - substitute butter/cream cheese
⊰✿ 1sdt essence vanilla - optional
⊰✿ 1sdt garam - optional
⊰✿ 2sdt gula - optional

⊰✿ 30gm serbuk agar2 - tanpa pewarna or warna merah
⊰✿ 700ml air putih
⊰✿ 300ml juice dragonfruits - substitute with any fruits jika suka, blended
⊰✿ 1/2cwn susu pekat manis
⊰✿ 2sdb tepung jagung
⊰✿ 2sdb gula pasir
⊰✿1sdt vanilla essence

⊰✿ 1/2 cawan non diary whipped cream or aka fresh cream
⊰✿ whisk & bowl - sejukkan 15 mins before nak guna
⊰✿ 1sdt vanilla essence
⊰✿ 1sdb tepung jagung - ng bg steady/hold for fresh cream - substitute gelatine/quick 75

⊰✿ Blend biscoff sehingga halus, masukkan peanut butter, gaul sehingga agak2 lembab
⊰✿ Tekan ke dlm acuan tart/baking tray or any acuan yg sesuai ya
⊰✿ Jika guna tart mould, boleh tekan2 ke edges tu nak bg naik sikit (leh refer video ya)
⊰✿ Bakar sekejap dlm 5-10 mins ...

⊰✿ Masak/campuq serbuk agar2 ngan air putih, kacau sat bg larut
⊰✿ Masukkan juice dragon fruits, susupekat manis, tepung jagung, gula & vanilla essence
⊰✿ Kacau sehingga mendidh or agak pekat sedikit
⊰✿ Curahkan ke atas pie crust tadi sehingga penuh, sejukkan dan chill 2-4 hours

⊰✿ Chill whisk & bowl dlm 10 mins gittew, putar fresh cream sehingga stiff peak masukkan tepung jagung & vanilla essence
⊰✿ Buat putaran rosette ke atas pie & hias ikut suka - xnak letak topping pun xpe ...hiasan just nk bg 'the more the merrier' jek ni ...
