happy malaysia day gaisss ...jom buat cupcake lotus biscoff yg viral sejak 2 menjak ni, recipes leh suaikan ikut selera memasing ya ...just bg idea jek ... ok jom kita start ... biscoff ni leh tahan jugak mahainya wei ..aduuhhh ... pdhal rasanya xde la da bomb sgt tp bg penggemar cafein or coffeee leh cuba-try-test ..heee ...

¸✿ 230 gm sponge mix - min guna 'optima' version, boleh jugak guna yg dah mix with cocoa jadi 250gm
¸✿ 20 gm cocoa powder
¸✿ 5 biji telur gred A - lau gred B jadi 6 biji
¸✿ 3-5 sdb gula icing - letak lebih if nk manis
¸✿ 60 ml warm coffee 3 in 1/nescafe/expresso/cappucina or such
¸✿ 60 ml melted butter
¸✿ 1/2 sdb ovalette
¸✿ 1 tsp bicarbonat soda
¸✿ 1 tsp baking powder
¸✿ 1 tsp vanilla essence
¸✿ 1/2 tsp garam
¸✿ 1 tsp expresso flavour - optional
¸✿ 1 tsp brown color - optional
¸✿ 1/2 cwn salted caramel paste - leh beli kat kedai bakery supply
¸✿ 1/2 cwn bavarian creame - leh beli kat kedai bakery supply

•¨•.¸¸❥ Pukul telur dan gula sehingga kembang / putih, approximate 7-15 mins ...
•¨•.¸¸❥ Meanwhile menunggu tu bolehlah ayakkan sponge mix + cocoa powder + baking powder + bicarbonat soda (even sponge mix mmg dah ada gula but if you sift and then the granule gula tu dah remains)
•¨•.¸¸❥ Lepas tu masukkan sponge mix sikit2 sampai habis, boleh rendahkan mixer sbb xnak bg tepung tu terpercik (mcm air ke??) ke serata dapur ...
•¨•.¸¸❥ Lepas tu masukkan ovalette dan pukul lagik sampai ice cream peak (sofpeak)
•¨•.¸¸❥ Cairkan mentega dengan kaedah double boiler sehingga cair, boleh juga gunakan minyak masak tp hasilnya kureng gebu gitu, tp sokay jek ...
•¨•.¸¸❥ Masukkan expresso flavour, putar lagik 7-15mins
•¨•.¸¸❥ Letakkan batter sedikit dalam paper cup, marblekan ngan salted caramel + bavarian cream, penuhkan batter shngga 3/4 cup
•¨•.¸¸❥ Bakar pada suhu 140C selama 20-25 mins. Selepas itu letakkan atas wayer rack ... sejukkan ..
•¨•.¸¸❥ Putarkan whipped cream + expresso + brown colour .. leh buat swirl/rosette atas cupcake ... hias ikut suka ya ... min letak biscoff crumb atas tu ... n pacakkan swiss roll ... sejukkan dlm freezer dan walla .. it's doneee ...
