.: Cara2 Membuatnya :.
Panggang badam/biji bunga matahari pada suhu 160°C selama 5 minit (ada orang x bakar, sy try both, so nak cepat xyah bakar >_<).
Gaulkan semua bahan termasuk yang dipanggang tadi. Cara saya saya gaulkan semua bahan2 termasuk florenta tu ...lepas tu ratakan dengan goyang2kan dulang tu ...lepas tu taburkan florenta once again bg cover the spaces and then tabur bijan ...
Sediakan loyang 14x14" (oven aku kecik jadi buat 2 loyang 14x6"). Alaskan dengan kertas baking yang warna putih...atau sebarang loyang, sy xde specific ukuran ...pakai je loyang my mum yg available di dapur (gambar mcm ateh ..heheh).
Panaskan oven 160°C.
Letak adunan tadi atas loyang yang dialas tadi. Leperkan dan ratakan.
Bakar selama 10 minit (aku buat 170°C selama 15 minit sebab tak panaskan oven dulu). - oven sy kecik, so sy buat api atas-bawah, suhu 150°C 10 minits ..uols tgk kesesuain oven ok ??
Keluarkan bila dah masak. Potong dengan gunakan pemotong piza semasa
panas.(sejuk sikit je dia terus keras jadi kena buat cepat)
Dah sejuk boleh simpan dalam balang.
Note : boleh juga sesuaikan ikut selera apa yg nak digunakan, resepi asal namanya Biskut Florentine ..bahan2 yg digunakan ialah :-
Biskut Florentine

200gm tepung florenta
200gm badam hiris
100gm kuaci hitam
20gm bijan hitam
