Wah mengapa la rajin bebenor sejak 2 menjak ni ya ...N3 ni sy jumpa while surfing ...so Georgeous gilez !! ..Cake ni suai untuk 10 orang makan tp mcm suprise plaks eggyolk guna sampai 24 pcs..ayoyo ...mak aiii mcm ssh nak percaya ...rasanya if i try i akan guna recipe for Swiss Roll kot ....Tapi kek mcm ni speselnya dia ada wow and complexity faktor ini boleh membuat tetamu amazed dan teringat2 akannya ...apantah lagi if yummylicious kan ?? Just imagine bila dia orang cut the cake and then ternampak design yang superb duperb tu ...siapa la x jatuh cinta kan?...So i x translate, just leave it in English just nak tengok method dia je ...INGREDIENTS
For the vanilla cake:
For the chocolate roulade:
- 115 g unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 200 g granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 185 g plain flour
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- 180 ml buttermilk
For the buttercream:
- 24 egg yolks
- 200 g granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp coffee extract, optional
- 8 egg whites
- 140 g strong bread flour
- 40 g cocoa powder
For the ganache:
- 15 egg whites
- 600 g granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 1.4 kg unsalted butter
- 225 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 120 ml double cream
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
