Make It
CHOP 15 cookies coarsely. Finely crush remaining cookies; mix with butter. Press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
BEAT cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP and chopped cookies; spread onto crust.
REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm.

2 - If i have choice mmg aku lau boleh xnak bakar cheesecake ni but if u all letak telur must bakar sbb dlm telur yolk tu ada bacteria salmonella ..kang ada yg ICU masuk spital plak kang heee ....sebab bakar akan buat texture dia x fresh (nak amik gambo pun x cantik gitu). Nanti aku fobia plak nak gi dapur and thinking that cooking will take a lot of time). But this version mmg kene bakar sbb ada telur. But the times taken tu x lama, aku rs aku buat x sampai 1/2 jam tolak masa bakar dlm oven tu la ...So enjoy gang !
