 :: Bahan2 Cream Cheese Mixture ::

  • 250gm cream cheese
  • 50gm gula kastor / gula halus - sy guna susu pekat manis
  • 3-4 biji telur ayam
  • ½ sudu teh esen vanilla 
  • 1 sd teh air perahan limau or lemon - optional
  • 1 sd teh nescafe powder
  • 1 sd teh serbuk kayu manis - optional, sy mmg suka letak ni utk all cheezy recipes..

 :: Bahan2 Tuk Fillings ::

  • 250gm kaya flavour
  • 250gm bavarian creme
  • 3-4 piping bags
  • ½ sudu teh esen vanilla 
  • 250gm whipping cream

:: Cara2 Membuat Cream Cheese Mixture ::

  • biarkan Cream Cheese berada pada suhu bilik otherwise susah nak working with nnt. Putarkan Cream Cheese seketika ngan Yogurt/Sour Cream or Tairu aka Susu Masam nak bg dia smooth sailing :-). 
  • masukkan pula Sweet Condensed Mlik dlm 2-3 sudu besar, putarkan sehingga 'pudar/putih' warnanya ... masukkan berperingka2 or slow2 ..sbb xnak manis sgt the cheese tu ... msukkan pula vanilla ice cream dalam 3-4 scoop dan putar lagi ..

 
  • masukkan instant custard powder tujuannya tuk memekatkan dan meng'yummylicious'kan campuran batter ... selepas itu masukkan gelatine utk memekatkan cream cheese mixture - optional nk masuk boleh x masukkan sokay jek .......Putar lagi sehingga 'putih'....masukkan pula Sunquick Essence/Lime Juice/Lemon Juice untuk 'enhance'kan the flavour, to get the ''tangy' flavour .. putar lagi ...... keje kita mmg putar je la ...kuikuikui ...
  • masukkan pula serbuk nescafe or coffee mixture tuk perasa 'kelat' .. masukkan sedikit Cinnamon Powder to enhance the flavour bak kt Food Network la sgt ..dan vanilla essence utk wangi  :-) 

  • masukkan telur 1 per 1 dan putar lagi sehingga betul2 gebu so micture dah siap ... min split into 2 badges - choc layer and then vanilla layer .. n then masukkan cream cheese mixture choc & vanil & fillings ke dlm piping bag for ezy pezy dispense .. pic as per shown down below :-

  • masukkan kaya filling 1st, n then bavarian cream 2nd, and vanilla cream cheese mixture for the 3rd layer n repeat smpi habis ..

  • meanwhile boleh la diputarakan non-diary whiping Cream sehingga 'bertanduk', jika suka + vanilla essence nk bg wangi dan leh warnakan ikut peberet color - min buat white, yellow & pink ..
  • bake for 5-7 mins ... sejukkan atas wire rack or so ... slps tu boleh la di piping atas tart ...make swirl pattern for rosette ...
